STRESS
It's something that everyone would experience it, be it from yourself or the people surrounding you. It is normal to have a certain level of stress and we do need to have that amount of stress to remain alert and to work to our best. However, when the stress level becomes excessive, it could cause physical and psychological effect on the person who couldn't cope with that level of stress and it might be harmful. Depression and burnout are the examples of experiencing prolong stress.

Ways to manage stress

Attention to lifestyle
Mental Health is the balance between all aspects of life, be it socially, physically, spiritually and emotionally. If we are doing too much or too little in our lives, mental health can suffer.
Good balance between work or study and leisure pursuits is needed.

Social contact
having contact with companies we enjoy to be with,
To develop social interaction

Reviewing our lives from time to time
Consider what our aims and goals in life are and whether we are taking steps to achieve them
Problems are less likely to arise if our life is satisfying and fulling

Awareness of how mind and body interact
State of mental health could affect physical health, and vice versa
Sleep, exercise and diet should be adequate

Having people in our lives we trust
It is important to have someone to go with our problems and worries
So that you can be whiny???

Awareness of what can go wrong
Be conscious of what can go wrong
Realize that tiredness and irritability might lead to serious stress problems if they are ignored

Taking steps to resolve problems
Be aware of problems and seek help if necessary
